The San Francisco 49ers will face the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
South Carolina women’s basketball head coach Dawn Staley offered her thoughts and made her prediction for Sunday’s game.
“I like the 49ers but I don’t think they’re going to win,” Staley said.
Staley and the Gamecocks also have a massive game against No. 11 UConn on Sunday afternoon. South Carolina enters the game with an undefeated record and has a chance to win the sixth game against a ranked opponent this season. Tipoff is scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m. CT on ESPN.
The Chiefs will be looking to win back-to-back Super Bowls and the third all-time, while the 49ers aim to win their first championship since 1994.
San Francisco enters the game as 1.5-point favorites over Kansas City, but many experts have made predictions for the Chiefs to win. Kickoff is scheduled for Feb. 11 at 5:30 p.m. CT on CBS.
