COLUMBIA, S.C. – A 19-year-old has been arrested and charged in the murder of a man who was shot on Washington Street a week earlier. Columbia Police said Jared Sammir Villanueva Ramos was arrested on Wednesday and charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
