FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) – The Fairfield County Coroner’s Office has released the names of the driver and passenger killed in a head-on crash on US Hwy 321 Bypass South in Winnsboro. Coroner Chris Hill identified the victims as Karen Guy, 40, and Gabrielle Burt, 38, both of Columbia.
