$5,000 reward offered for information leading to arrest in theft of equipment used in Columbia’s Greek Festival

COLUMBIA, S.C. – On February 6, 2024, it was reported that a storage facility in the 1900 block of Gregg Street in Columbia belonging to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral was broken into. During the robbery, thieves made off with $50-60,000 in equipment — including refrigerators, deep fryers, cooling tables, and more — that the church used to produce Columbia’s popular Greek Festival.
