RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)- Two men have been arrested in connection with an arson that happened on Country Haven Road in Hopkins, said RCSD. According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded around 5:30 p.m. to an arson in the 200 block of Country Haven Road in Hopkins.
