CHAPIN, S.C. (WIS) – At least one South Carolina driver complained that after stopping to get gas at one station in Chapin, she broke down shortly after. Inspectors with the South Carolina Department of Agriculture were alerted to the possibility of bad gas being sold at the Palmetto Roads Shell gas station on 2721 Wessinger Road, and took a sample at one of the pumps on Wednesday.
