The SCDOT has reached another major milestone in the Carolina Crossroads Project with the completion of the newly enhanced Colonial Life Boulevard interchange. SCDOT is implementing a three-step plan as part of the phase one project to permanently close the I-26 interchange at Bush River Road, and route drivers to the Colonial Life Boulevard interchange.
