South Carolina OG goes viral for freakish athleticism

When was the last time you heard of an offensive guard in football top out at 18.6 mph? Probably never.

However, one of South Carolina’s Gamecocks has done the unthinkable.

Sixth-year senior Kammar Bell clocked in a freakish speed, it has people’s heads turning.

“Sixth-year senior Kamaar Bell, in his first year with the Gamecocks after transferring in from Florida Atlantic, hit as high as 18.6 mph in the game on Saturday, according to head coach Shane Beamer,” per The Big Spur’s John Whittle .” “It’s an impressive number that had offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains racking his brain for whether or not that was even possible.”

Beamer was surprised with the outcome, rightfully so.

“That’s pretty dang sporting for an offensive guard, Beamer said. “The team was excited about that one, too, when we recognized him.”

The Gamecocks have a record of 2-1 after their loss to No. 16-ranked LSU  Tigers. Coach Shane Beamer’s team has wins over Old Dominion and Kentucky.

Beamer’s offensive coordinator, Dowell Loggains was caught off-guard, too.
