Devine Street welcomes back the Palmetto Peanut Boil as it celebrates year 17. This outdoor festival has grown from a backyard event to an annual celebration with thousands in attendance from across the Midlands. This year the festival will celebrate the boiled peanut, the official snack of South Carolina, on Sept. 28.
