CAYCE, SC (WOLO ) – Residents of Riverland Park neighborhood in Cayce are being asked to evacuate due to rising flood waters. “Voluntary evacuations are the only way we can keep you safe,” says Mayor Elise Partin in a video posted to City of Cayce’s Facebook page.
