COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCIV) – The 27 annual Silent Witness Ceremony, held to recognize the women and men who died as a result of domestic violence, will be held Oct. 1. Attorney General Alan Wilson has announced that the ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. at the South Carolina State Capitol Complex.
