COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Wednesday afternoon Potential Tropical Cyclone 19 forms in the Caribbean with winds of 30 mph. The system will slowly strengthen over the next 24 hours and should become Tropical Storm Sara Thursday afternoon with winds of 40 mph as it nears the coast of Honduras. On Friday Sara should continue to strengthen with winds pushing 70 mph as it stays just off the coast of Honduras.
