Prescribed for weight management and diabetic control, FDA-approved drugs include Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy, Rybelsus, and Ozempic often feature these active components. But fraudulent vendors are saturating the market with illegal forms of these medications, seriously compromising consumer health.
