During the Trojans’ second-round March Madness win over Mississippi State, Watkins – one of the biggest names in college basketball – went down in pain clutching her right knee with just under five minutes left in the first quarter. She went down after driving to the basket before clutching her knee in tears , seemingly knowing the extent of her injury immediately.
