Downtown Columbia will soon welcome The Champagne Restaurant & Lounge at 902 Gervais Street.
Owners Jordan Giles and Juliet Brown leased the 4,767 square foot space with a plan to open this spring. The Champagne Restaurant & Lounge will be a “luxurious experience that combines modern American and global cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere,” according to Colliers’ Retail Services.
