COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The weekend will start warm with a continuation of unsettled weather but will end cooler and drier.

  • Saturday features a 30% chance of showers in the morning, then a few pop-up storms for the afternoon.
  • Dry air arrives Sunday and cools us off a bit too.

First Alert Weather Summary:

The unsettled weather pattern will continue into Friday night with a slight chance of a few stray storms. Temperatures will stay mild overnight and chances of rain goes up to 40% overnight into Saturday morning.

Saturday afternoon we have mid 80s with partly cloudy skies and there’s a 30% chance of showers and storms in the afternoon hours.

A cold front passes through Saturday night into Sunday. This brings in some comfortable and dry air for Sunday. High temps are in the upper 70s with partly cloudy skies. Monday morning we see lows in the mid 50s and highs reach the low 80s.

Next week daytime highs will reach the upper 80s to end the week.
