Saturday is a First Alert Weather Day for strong storms through the afternoon and into the overnight period. The morning looks to be quiet with partly cloudy skies. Our cold front arrives and brings a better chance (60%) for the afternoon and evening. Overnight we see a 70% chance of rain and storms. Some of the storms could bring severe weather with gusty winds and hail possible.
We’re keeping the 40% chance of showers for Sunday morning. Our high resolution models have been clearing the rain out before 7am, but this system is already well known for moving slowly. The afternoon looks better with drier air pushing into the region.
Lows dip into the mid 50s Monday morning with that drier air moving in. Highs Monday are in the low 80s with mostly sunny skies. Tuesday is similar with temps in the mid 50s in the morning and low 80s for the afternoon.
