Richland County Council advances multi-million dollar projects

COLUMBIA, S.C. — COLUMBIA, S.C. – On Tuesday night, Richland County Council moved forward on several major development proposals aimed at transforming key areas of Columbia.

One of the items approved during the third and final reading was a mixed-use development project in the 600 block of Huger Street. The project includes land surrounding the Palmetto Compress on Pulaski and Devine streets.
