6 restaurants opening or coming soon to the Columbia area
The Columbia area continues to buzz with new restaurant openings and announcements, from downtown to surrounding suburbs. Enzo’s Delicatessen is relocating to Whaley Street, bringing its hearty New York-style sandwiches and Italian groceries to a new spot. Lexington welcomes Panda Express at Platt Springs Crossing, offering favorites like orange chicken, and Twisted Whisk bakery on Main Street, known for its buttercream cakes and fresh breads.
Nearby, Vedha Indian Cafe is coming soon on Sunset Boulevard, while Irmo will soon have Sumo Sushi Hibachi Grill and its monstrous Godzilla Roll. Molto Vino, a private wine bar, is also preparing to open a new location in West Columbia, bringing self-service wine taps to State Street.
