Walkathon supports Rapid Shelter in Columbia, housing for homeless

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A walkathon to combat chronic homelessness in Columbia took place at Saluda Shoals Park on Sunday.

Hosted by BAPS Charities, the annual Walkathon was from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cattail Shelter, 5605 Bush River Road.
