Dismantling of the historic structure at 900 Main St. that formerly served as home to the Hunter-Gatherer Brewery and Alehouse is set begin on Monday, June 9. During this process, which is expected to take about three weeks, the bricks, beams, doors, windows, and architectural details will be removed and processed for other future projects.
According to Alan Todd of Conway Salvage, it is still unknown where the materials will be reused. “This is because we won’t know the condition of the amount of materials we are able to recover until we’re well into the deconstruction process,” said Todd, who also added he’s confident that a large percentage will be salvaged…
