KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that happened around 2:20 p.m. on Friday in the 800 block of Watts Hill Road in Lugoff.
Authorities say witnesses say three men were walking down the road when they got into an argument with a homeowner sitting on his porch.
