Midlands man arrested on vehicle fraud charge, SLED says

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – A Midlands man has been arrested on a vehicle fraud charge, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED).

Paul Geffory Lindsley, 56, was arrested on one charge of fraudulent application for a motor vehicle on Friday after the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles requested an investigation.

Lindsley allegedly applied for a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier VIN in another person’s name without their knowledge or consent…
