As the 4th of July weekend rolls in people all around the state will be celebrating America’s Independence.
Here are some rules to keep in mind if you celebrate the weekend with fireworks.
WEST COLUMBIA:
Fireworks can only be discharged on July 4th from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. in the City of West Columbia.
LEXINGTON COUNTY:
People in Lexington County should be aware of the noise ordinance that is in place in the county.
On July 4th people can pop fireworks until 11 p.m. After 11 p.m. there will be a $150 fine.
