Emergency crews respond to possible entrapment after car overturns on I-26

IRMO, S.C. (WACH) — Emergency crews responded Friday night to a crash on Interstate 26 that raised concerns about possible entrapment.

Dutch Fork Fire Rescue said the incident happened in the westbound lanes at Mile Marker 99, near the Ballentine Triangle.

Authorities said firefighters found an overturned vehicle resting against the guardrail.

Crews said there were no injuries, and no one was trapped inside the vehicle…
