A grocery store in the Columbia area has closed its doors. Here’s what we know

A grocery store along a bustling road in West Columbia has closed its doors.

The KJ’s Market location at 2349 Augusta Road has shuttered. It was located in a shopping center that is anchored by a Hobby Lobby store and is home to a number of other businesses, including Cato and Harbor Freight.

KJ’s signs have been removed from the store’s front and the shopping center’s marquee along Augusta Road. The store is listed as “permanently closed” on Google, and it is no longer on the locations section of the KJ’s Market website…
