COLUMBIA, S.C. — The City of Columbia has been ordered to pay more than $5 million to the former owners of a landmark car wash in the capital city after a judge ruled in their favor in a legal battle over flood damage.
Constan Car wash first opened in 1949, welcoming generations of customers before closing its doors in the spring of 2021.
