SC man could face life after federal fentanyl, meth convictions tied to two counties

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. — A Sumter man could face life in prison and millions of dollars in fines after pleading guilty to numerous drug charges in federal court.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for South Carolina announced on Friday that 30-year-old Jalik Shykeil Tucker had pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more at least 500 grams of methamphetamine, at least 40 grams of fentanyl and various amounts of cocaine and crack cocaine.
