RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — Authorities announced Monday that a suspect accused of attacking a family member will now face murder charges after the victim died from their injuries.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department said Reginald Owens, 43, was arrested on August 5 and charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
