FOREST ACRES, S.C. (WACH) — The Forest Acres Police Department has closed lanes at Forest Drive and Trenholm Road after a road plate shifted Thursday evening.
The South Carolina Department of Transportation has not yet explained how the plate moved. No injuries were reported.
