RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities say one person is dead following a shooting off Bluff Road on Friday afternoon.
According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, the shooting happened at 1051 Southern Drive, the address of an apartment complex in the area. A sheriff’s department spokesperson said deputies responded around 12:40 p.m., where they found the adult victim with a gunshot wound to the upper body. He died at the scene.
