COLUMBIA, S.C. — Richland County School District Two is proposing changes to elementary school attendance lines for the 2026-2027 school year and is asking district resident for their input. The realignment of some attendance lines is designed to balance enrollment and would affect the following schools:
- Bookman Road Elementary
- Catawba Trail Elementary
- L.W. Conder Elementary
- Jackson Creek Elementary
- Joseph Keels Elementary
- L.B. Nelson Elementary
- North Springs Elementary
- Polo Road Elementary
- Pontiac Elementary
- Round Top Elementary
- Sandlapper Elementary
- Windsor Elementary
The district sent out emails to parents and guardians earlier but if you cannot make the in-person meeting, you are asked to complete the feedback survey online before September 5, 2025.
The district has interactive maps available online so that you can see the proposed attendance lines and how it might affect your children.
