COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – In just a little more than a week, South Carolina has experienced close to a dozen earthquakes. Many of these happening within the past two to three days.
The most recent earthquake happened Saturday afternoon around 3:19. It was detected a little more than seven miles northeast of Greenwood and about 65 miles west of Columbia. A magnitude of 2.0 was detected.
