A building materials company has purchased a warehouse in the Midlands.
Chuck Salley, Thomas Beard and John Peebles, of Colliers South Carolina brokered the lease of an approximately 62,812-square-foot warehouse at 150 Queen Parkway in West Columbia to Stroud Supply, according to a news release. Colliers represented the property owner, Crown Point Properties, in the lease transaction.
Stroud Supply superstore carries building materials, including windows, doors, flooring, cabinets and millwork, according to the release.
