The Sober or Slammer campaign over the holiday weekend is focused on getting everyone home safely in a state that ranks in the top five when it comes to deadly crashes involving an impaired driver.
According to a report by Forbes.com, South Carolina ranks third highest in the number of people killed in crashes involving an impaired driver.
