RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A 16-year-old escaped from the Juvenile Detention Complex in Columbia on Sunday night, according to the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice.
The teen was found in a car with her mother, Savannah Mills.
