Riverbanks Zoo’s annual Boo at the Zoo event returns this October. The not-so-scary pre-Halloween festival brings in thousands of guests and children for 13 nights, and the zoo is looking for 700 volunteers for this signature event.
It’s an opportunity for individuals or organization to show their community spirit by handing out candy and treats to kids along the Trick-or-Treat trail. Some volunteers may be placed in other capacities such as assisting guests at the magic show.
