Columbia’s Greek Festival is back for its 38th year

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Starting Thursday, Soda City residents can experience everything Greek as the Greek Festival returns for its 38th year.

The festival is put on annually by the Holy Orthodox Greek Church on Sumter Street in downtown Columbia.

Attendees can try a variety of authentic Greek food, including gyros, dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), baklava, souvlaki (marinated pork skewers) and keftedes (Greek meatballs)…
