CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — An Horry County teenager arrested in June on terrorism charges allegedly used several computer apps to try to join ISIS, according to court documents.
A newly filed indictment also claims that Daniel Fox Fischer, 17, who once attended Conway High School, also obtained technical expertise to carry out a terrorist attack against targets throughout South Carolina. Arrest warrants claim he pledged his support for ISIS in 2024 and had been planning to join the group for months.
Fischer, 17, was arrested on June 9 by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and charged with threatening or conspiring to threaten personal property using a destructive device and possessing or using a weapon of mass destruction for an act of terrorism…
