Swansea. S.C. (WACH) — The town of Swansea has decided to not accept the withdrawal of Police Chief William Charlton’s resignation at the Swansea Police Department at a specially called meeting Monday night.
The decision came after an nearly two hour executive session involving the Swansea Town Council, Police Chief Charlton, and an attorney.
