SOUTH CAROLINA — A man is facing multiple charges, including two counts of attempted murder, after a domestic disturbance led to gunfire Thursday night in Oconee County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies responded to a home on White Harbour Road near Seneca for a reported domestic disturbance. As they arrived, deputies said they heard gunfire. A man, later identified as 55-year-old Michael Wayne Witt, came out of the house and fired several shots in the direction of a deputy.
Authorities said Witt repeatedly entered and exited the home while refusing commands before approaching deputies. He was eventually subdued with a Taser and taken into custody…
