COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — The funeral of 11-year-old Travis Ean Matthew Kelley will be held on Thursday, after he died in a hit-and-run last week.
The Celebration of Life will take place at 10 a.m. at Bible Way Church of Atlas Road in Columbia.
