FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — Two minors have been charged following a manhunt.
On October 16, a caller reported seeing three Black males wearing all black passing a gun back and forth, followed by the sound of a gunshot near a church located at 370 Golf Course Road in Winnsboro.
