BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. (WIS) – A Richland School District Two student was hit by a car while riding their bicycle across the street in front of an elementary school.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, a Lake Carolina Elementary School student was riding their bicycle at the intersection of Bud Keef and Kelly Mill Roads Tuesday morning when they were hit by a car.
