Starting in Spring 2026, University of South Carolina students will be able to use their Carolina Cards on their phones. This change is the result of a partnership with Apple Wallet. Students will have the option to use either a digital or a physical card, but not both.
Some students, such as freshman Aidan Clarke, say the mobile cards may be more convenient and could reduce problems with lost cards.
