COLUMBIA, S.C. — The City of Columbia is laying out transportation and safety plans ahead of the highly anticipated Grand Re-Opening Weekend of Finlay Park on November 15–16.
Thousands of people are expected to be downtown for the two-day celebration, which includes Saturday’s Grand Re-Opening Ceremony, live music from the Jam Room Music Festival, and Sunday’s Day Two Festival.
