Swim instructor lawsuit claims city violated right to operate home business

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A swim instructor announced that she will sue the City of Columbia after her backyard business was shut down.

Libby Souder, owner of SWIM Columbia, announced the lawsuit with the Institute for Justice outside the Richland County Courthouse on Wednesday.
