COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The City of Columbia has announced that it will implement a clear bag policy for Finlay Park’s re-opening weekend.
The city said the policy will be in effect during the park’s grand re-opening weekend, starting Nov. 15. Officials also said the policy is “to help keep all visitors safe and ensure a great experience for everyone.”
