Driver killed in overnight crash on I-20, South Carolina Highway Patrol says

One person was killed early Monday morning in a crash on Interstate 20, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The single-vehicle collision happened at about 12:05 a.m. in Lee County, said Cpl. David Jones.

A 2006 Nissan four-door vehicle was driving west on I-20, according to Jones. At the 107 mile marker, near the line with Kershaw County, the Nissan ran off the right side of I-20 and crashed into a guardrail, Jones said…
