EASTOVER, S.C. (WACH) — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department has identified the person involved in a disturbance at Turning Point Church earlier this month and says they do not appear to be a threat to the church community.
The incident happened on Oct. 12 at the church on Garners Ferry Road.
Church members told deputies a white male began banging on the sanctuary door near the end of the service, and ushers let him inside. Witnesses said he looked fidgety and agitated and kept his hands in his pockets…
